All subcontractors are assessed for competence, insurance, and relevant registrations. We verify qualifications and keep records up to date.
We inspect works at key milestones to confirm specification, workmanship, and compliance before moving to the next stage.
Snags are captured, assigned, and tracked to completion. We only sign off when issues are resolved and standards are met.
Clients receive clear handover information, including certificates, warranties, and O&M summaries where applicable.
We maintain appropriate insurances, including Public Liability and Employers’ Liability. Evidence of cover and other certificates are available on request.
